PhD, BACP-registered

Person-Centred Psychotherapist

ABOUT ME
It takes courage to reach out when things feel difficult, whether that’s low self-worth, anxiety, burnout or panic attacks. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can be met exactly as you are, without needing to perform or explain yourself. I work with adults, including neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children, and I offer sessions in both English and French. I have a close personal connection to neurodivergence through my own family, which shapes how I understand and sit alongside the people I work with.

MY APPROACH
I am a person-centred psychotherapist, which means I don’t come to our sessions with a fixed agenda. I trust that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to create the conditions for you to understand yourself more clearly and find your own way forward. This isn’t about me directing your process — it’s about walking alongside you at your own pace, particularly around themes of self-worth and feeling acceptable, which sit at the heart of much of my work.

MY BACKGROUND
I trained at the Metanoia Institute in person-centred therapy and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within its ethical framework of confidentiality and professional conduct. I also hold a PhD in materials science from Imperial College London, and alongside my therapy practice I work as a heritage scientist at the British Museum, a dual path that has taught me a lot about patience, careful listening, and staying curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface.
