Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    To rent our rooms, therapists must be qualified, registered with a relevant professional body, and fully insured.

  2. Booking & PaymentsBookings are made via our online booking system. For your convenience, we operate an automated invoicing and payment system. Each Friday, the system reviews your appointments from the preceding week (Sunday to Saturday) and issues an electronic invoice, which you will receive via email. The balance will then be collected automatically via your authorised GoCardless Direct Debit mandate.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.

  4. Room Usage
    Rooms are to be used solely for therapeutic services. No alterations to the room setup or unauthorised events are permitted.

  5. Room Availability
    Rooms are available on a flexible basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or cancel bookings if necessary, with prior notice.

  6. Liability & Insurance
    Therapists are responsible for their own insurance and the safety of themselves and their clients while using the rooms. Balham Hill Therapy Rooms will not be held liable for any accidents or incidents that occur during the rental period.

  7. Termination of Agreement
    Balham Hill Therapy Rooms reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the terms and conditions are breached. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  8. Conduct
    Therapists are expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct. Any form of inappropriate behaviour or conduct that breaches the professional environment may result in termination of the agreement.

  9. Health & Safety
    Therapists are responsible for ensuring that their practices comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Rooms are cleaned regularly, but therapists must ensure their space is left tidy after each use.

  10. Access & Security
    Access to rooms is provided by a secure entry system. [Each therapist will be issued with their own key.] All access details must be kept confidential.

  11. Changes to Terms
    Balham Hill Therapy Rooms reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to all room renters.
